    • Mailbox package is possible for jewelery without gift packaging / jewelery box.  

    • Do you live within a radius of 35 km from our company? Then you pay 40 euros for the delivery of one or more products.

    • When ordering multiple items, you only pay the highest shipping amount. Example: you live in the Netherlands and order a painting in combination with a piece of jewelry. You only pay the shipping costs for the painting.

    • If you have any questions about the delivery options, feel free to contact us. 

    • We aim to deliver a product from the store within 2 weeks in the EU 


     


     

    EXCHANGE AND / OR RETURN 

     

    If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to our address within 14 days with the fully completed return form attached. Articles must be sent undamaged, unused and in the original packaging with postage paid. For this operation, the shipping costs are for the customer. You canthe return form HERE download. 

    RECEIVED THE WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

     

    Unfortunately, it is possible that your product was damaged during delivery or that we delivered the wrong product. In this case you can contact us and we can send you a digital return stamp (free of charge) by e-mail. You can print this and stick it on the package. You can then send it via a DHL shop. 

    TRANSPORTERS

    We use DHL to ship products. After your order has been carefully packed, we will report it to DHL. You will then receive an e-mail with the option to follow the package with a track & trace. If desired, you can choose from several delivery options online, for example a new delivery date with a pre-announced three-hour window, or have the package forwarded to a DHL parcel shop. If you do not choose an option the same day, the package will be offered on the specified date.
