When placing an order, we schedule an appointment for you to personally deliver or send a lock of hair by post. If you have specific requests that differ from our standard objects, you can always indicate this through a custom request. We will discuss the delivery date together, usually within a period of 6 weeks. Once your memorial object is ready, I will contact you to inform you, and the work will be safely shipped to you via addressed mail.
